Stage 1

Future Champions (Ages 5-10)

Introductory training focused on movement, coordination, balance, confidence, and learning how to train in a structured environment.

Build the athlete first
Stage 2

Foundation -> Development -> Advanced (Ages 11-13)

Progressive skill-building for beginner, intermediate, and advanced athletes. Placement is based on experience, readiness, and coach evaluation.

Technical growth and progression
Stage 3

Elite Competition Team (Ages 14+)

High-performance training for committed wrestlers focused on advanced technique, strategy, conditioning, and competition preparation.
