Future Champions

Red group | Ages 5-10.

Learn more

Red group | Ages 5-10

Future Champions is designed as an introduction to wrestling for our youngest athletes. At this stage, the focus is not on advanced wrestling techniques or competitive performance. Instead, we emphasize body awareness, balance, coordination, movement skills, and learning how to control and understand their own body in a safe and positive environment.

Through structured games, movement challenges, and fun activities, athletes learn how to solve physical problems, follow instructions, work with partners, and build confidence. These activities help develop agility, listening skills, discipline, and emotional control while keeping training enjoyable and age-appropriate.

The main goal of this class is to create a strong athletic foundation and a love for movement that will prepare athletes to safely progress into technical wrestling as they grow.
